Logan broke the school record of 9:27 in the 3000m with a time of 9:23.44.
Finished 13 overall. Bella Cornaro and Cat Carter finished with PR's for the course.
The Swim Teams travelled to the UNH Swasey Pool for the D2 Championships. The Boys placed 11 out of 32 teams with one qualifier while the girls placed 4th with only 4 qualifiers.Jack Bastarache placed 6th in the boys 500 M Freestyle while on the girls side. Willa Audley was State Champion in the Girls 200 Freestyle and 2nd in the Girls 500M Freestyle. Hannah Baron took home the State Championship in both the 50 and 100 M Freestyle. The Girls 200M and 400 M Freestyle Relays took 3rd and 2nd respectively featuring Hannah, Willa, Shilo Chappell and Evelynn Kirshberger in both.

Friday Night the Girls basketball team headed over Temple Mountain to take on the Cougars of ConVal and beat the Cougars 44-30. The Boys Basketball Teams hosted the Cougars and the JV team won 61-44 behind 17 points from Parker Antonowicz and 13 each from Dylan Barber and Jacob Hill. Cooper Pare and Jacob Hill dominated the boards and played some great defense for Milford. The Varsity team got down 20-5 after one quarter, but stormed back to win the next 3 quarters 52-15 and pull out the 57-35 win. Ben Emerson led the Spartans with 22 points followed by Tyler Constable with 10 and Jack Bonifelia with 9. Maliki Blay did a great job on the boards and Ethan Szopa was all over the floor on defense and shut down the Cougar leading scorer drawing 3 offensive fouls on him. he Wrestling team finished its last home meet with a 65-16 win over Portsmouth High School last night. Brandon Leeman came back in the 3rd period after being down to pin his opponent to highlight the night. Connor Hartigan, Colton Schuster, Kiki Lorden, Max Hammerstrom, Cam Stickney, Tanner Herbert, Phillip Wright, Jack Clancy, and Eli Wales also had wins for Milford. The JV Boys Basketball team hosted Coe Brown last night and the JV group continued shooting the ball well from deep to pick up the victory 82-56. Girls JV and Varsity Basketball travelled to Coe Brown and the JV team pick up another win 39-22 over the Bears, however the Varsity Girls came out with a 66-39 loss. Shea Hansen had 17 points and Lexi Bausha 10 to lead the Spartans.

Coe Brown Northwood Academy travelled to Milford last night to take on our Varsity Boys team in a 4 pm game. Both teams shot the ball well, but the Bears proved to be a bit better and beat the Spartans 82-71. Tyler Constable led Milford with 20 points followed by Ben Emerson with 17, Will Emerson with 12 and Ethan Szopa with 10. Ethan Morin and Chris Carr did a nice job on the boards, and Ethan Szopa also played well on Defense for the Spartans. The Bowling team made up their Match from the Weekend yesterday afternoon and went to 3 games in the Consolation game before just getting knocked out in the final game in the final frame of the Baker Games. The Team bowled their high score in the baker games for the season with a 144 as well as their next two best scores. Tristan Xavapy again led Milford scoring a 148 and Avery Porter had his best game of the year with a 119 in the individual scoring.

The Admiral Hockey Team bounced back from a couple close defeats with a 12-0 win over Winnacunnet last night on the road. Luke Green had 2 goals and 3 assists in the win while Dylan MacLeod had 2 goals and an assist. Landon Briand also had a goal for Milford while Mason Tomkins and Wyatt Pepin had an assist.

The Track and Field Indoor Teams set 3 school records in the D2 State meet at Plymouth State University on Sunday afternoon. The Milford Girls finished in 12th place out of the 24 teams competing, while the boys finished 9th out of 25 teams.On the Girls side Rylee Coates finished 3rd in the 600 with a new school record, Rachel Sixon finished 4th in the 1000 and Zoe Rick finished 6th in the Shot Put to earn points for Milford.On the Boys side, Grant Skorupan set another school record in the 1000 with a second place finish at 2:34.11, a new school record and helped the 4 x 800 M team finish 5th, with Joshua Coates, Landon Jacquet and Colin Kirby. Joshua Pettingell broke the 300 meter record finishing 4th in the state at 36.16 seconds and in the 55 meter, he finished in 5th place with a 6.71 seconds earning him Male Athletic of the Week honors. Rylee Coates is the Female Athlete of the Week.

The Basketball Teams played Bow on Friday Night, and the Falcons were able to take 3 of the 4 games.The JV Girls were able to beat the Falcons for the first time in over 8 years as the Spartans won the defensive battle 32-21. Milford held Bow to only 2 points in the second quarter to take control of the game. Noelle Cotreau led Milford with 8 points and was a leader on the boards. Jordy Shaw chipped in with 7 The Varsity girls had a rough 2nd quarter but rallied in the second half to pull within 5, but it was not enough as the Falcons held the ball and made free throws to win it 58-43. Shea Hansen led Milford with 26 and Kaelyn Grzyb helped spark the 2nd half run.The JV Boys could not generate enough offense in a 59-34 loss. Dylan Barber led Milford with 12 and Parker Antonowicz chipped in with 7 for the Spartans.The Varsity team was in the game despite a woeful 27% shooting from the floor against the much bigger Falcons and fell to Bow 58-46. The Girls Basketball Team traveled to Bishop Brady this evening and beat the Giants 46-22. Shea Hansen led the team with 16 points followed by Lexi Bausha with 10. Trinity Millner and Haley Harrington played solid defense by the Spartans.The JV Boys Basketball team hosted undefeated Mascenic tonight and game back from 18 points down to beat the Vikings The Varsity Boys then hosted Bishop Brady and their top player Ryan Casey scored 28 points, but it was not enough as the Spartans won 75-65. Ben Emerson led Milford with 21 points followed by Ethan Szopa with 15 and Will Emerson with 13. Ethan was also all over the court defensively and Ethan Morin did a great job on the boards.

The Unified Basketball Team earned Team of the Week honors this week by beating Keene on Wednesday and then Traveling to ConVal on Friday, to come back from a double digit deficit to take a one point lead before the Cougars scored one last time to win the battle of the unbeatens, 47-46. Haley Motard led the Spartans to the near comeback victory and earned Athlete of the week honors. Congratulations to all our seniors on a fantastic season finishing 5-1 on the season. The Girls Basketball Teams hosted Pelham on Friday Night and the Pythons were able to knock off the Spartans in both games. The Unified Basketball team played in front of a packed Milford gymnasium against cross state rival Keene High School. The gym was as loud as I can remember as both teams battled throughout the game, however in the end Milford was able to keep its win streak alive with a 46-41 win. Hailey Motard started things off with a dunk in the first quarter and the seniors finished off the game in the fourth quarter to pick up the win. Congratulations to Seniors Natalee Lambert, Jameson Noble, Violet Renda, and Hailey Motard.
